Belkin WG111T - low cost USB WiFi card.

I just purchaced a Belkin WG111T usb WiFi dongle at radio shack for $35, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with this card.

It was easy to install, I just ran the CD and plugged the wg111t into an open USB port. Anyone can do it, simple as pie. The nice thing about this card, is that it comes with a USB extention cable, so you can move the card around to where you get better reception.

Sometimes the cheapest of card can get you more than enough speed and power. The WG111T is a cheap card with no frills, but it works with all of the most common networks.

The usb extension cable is a useful addition. I use a Motorla WN825G wireless adapter with my laptop. It would be easier to really latch onto a low quality signal if I could move the adapter around. Although mine actually performs well, the usb extension would just be a useful feature.

I know that radio shack sells 10 foot ones, but be prepared to pay an arm and a leg. I always shop online for my cables.
