Google page creator, i don't think it gets much simpler than this. If you want a website and don't know HTML and don't want to learn how to use dreamweaver, then this can't be beat.

Simply put, you choose a template, add text, and bam you are done. And for those of you who do use dreamweaver or frontpage, they offer hosting as yourname.googlepages.com

For a cheap, static, do it yourself homepage... Google pages cannot be beat.
