I have heard of guru.com. I heard it was a bit easier than Elance, but not as high of payouts. What have you heard?

I saw both of them before, and it is an awesome service. Browsed their listings, and they both have a lot of jobs! no replacement of craigslist but definatly on my list of places that i check to find work!
